TERMS & CONDITIONS (Website Use + Brand Policies)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern (a) your access to and use of the OONOCO website (the “Website”) and (b) the Company’s general brand policies regarding warranty and crash replacement, where applicable. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Company Information

OONOCO is a brand owned and operated by OONOCO COLLECTION LTD (the “Company”), based in Taipei, Taiwan.

2. Sales Channel Disclaimer (No Online Orders)

The Website is informational. The Company does not process orders or payments through the Website at this time.

OONOCO products are sold through authorized retailers and/or the Company’s physical store. Any purchase you make is governed by the terms, checkout policies, and consumer obligations of the seller of record (the retailer or the Company store, as applicable).

3. Product Information & Availability

Product specifications, pricing references, and availability may change without notice.

The Company strives to present accurate information but does not warrant that descriptions, images, pricing references, compatibility notes, or other content on the Website are complete, current, or error-free.

4. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the Website, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with operation/security, scraping in a manner that harms performance, or using the Website for unlawful purposes. The Company may restrict or terminate access to the Website at any time.

5. Third-Party Retailers and Links

The Website may reference or link to third-party websites (including retailers). The Company does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies, or transactions. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

6. Returns & Refunds

Unless you purchased directly from the Company’s physical store, returns and refunds are handled by the retailer from whom you purchased, under that retailer’s policies.

Where permitted by the retailer’s policy, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed defective or incorrect due to seller error.

7. Warranty

The Company offers a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 4 years from the original retail purchase date (“Limited Warranty”), subject to the terms on the Company’s Service & Warranty Claims page.

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and reasonable evidence of the issue (e.g., photos and/or inspection).

The Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect function, improper installation, misuse, crash/impact damage, neglect, unauthorized modification, or use outside intended purpose.

8. Crash Replacement Program

A crash replacement program may be offered for eligible products for up to 2 years from the original retail purchase date, subject to program terms and verification. Pricing and eligibility may vary by product and circumstance. Full details are on the Company’s Service & Warranty Claims page.

9. Assumption of Risk / Safety

Cycling and the use of bicycle components involve inherent risks that may result in serious injury or death. You are responsible for ensuring proper installation, inspection, maintenance, and safe use of OONOCO products, and for following all instructions and applicable safety standards.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to the Website or OONOCO products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, the Company’s aggregate liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant product (or, for Website-only claims, a reasonable amount determined under applicable law).

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (including text, images, designs, logos, trademarks, and other materials) is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as necessary to use the Website for its intended purpose.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Taiwan, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Continued use of the Website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
