Effective Date: February 5, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how OONOCO COLLECTION LTD (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you visit our website (the “Site”) or interact with us (for example, by contacting us or requesting warranty/service support). This policy applies to the Company and its brands, including OONOCO and RAYDN.

2. Sales Channels (No Online Sales)

The Site is informational. The Company does not sell products or process payments through the Site.

OONOCO/RAYDN products are sold through authorized retailers and the Company’s physical studio. Retailers are the seller of record for retailer purchases and handle checkout and payment under their own policies.

3. Data We Collect

  • Address Data: address details, only when necessary (e.g., for warranty/service logistics or studio purchases where an invoice is issued).

  • Product and Service Data: product model, serial/identification details (if applicable), purchase channel, proof of purchase, warranty/service communications, photos or other evidence submitted for support.

  • Usage and Device Data: IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location (e.g., city/country), pages viewed, and interaction data collected via cookies and similar technologies.

  • Marketing Preferences: your opt-in/opt-out status and communication preferences (if you subscribe to updates).

4. How We Use Your Data

We use personal data to:

  • operate and improve the Site (performance, analytics, security);

  • administer warranty/service requests and crash replacement programs (including verification and eligibility checks);

  • communicate operational notices (e.g., service updates);

  • send marketing communications only where you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time;

  • comply with legal obligations and protect our rights (e.g., fraud prevention, dispute handling).

5. Purchases Through Retailers

If you purchase through an authorized retailer, the retailer is responsible for checkout and payment. We typically do not receive your payment details from retailers.

We may receive limited information when needed to support warranty/service requests, prevent fraud, or if you contact us directly.

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share personal data with:

  • Service Providers that support our operations (e.g., website hosting, analytics, customer support tools, email delivery).

  • Google services for analytics and tag deployment, such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), which may process technical identifiers (cookie IDs, device identifiers, and IP address) to provide measurement and analytics services.

  • Legal/Regulatory Authorities where required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security, or to enforce our agreements.

Where enabled, we may also use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

  • Tag management (e.g., Google Tag Manager) to deploy and manage website tags.

7.2 Your choices / controls

  • You can control cookies through your browser settings (block, delete, or limit cookies).
